Scholarship uptoRs. 15 Lacs per Annum

Class XIth

Scholarship will be decided on the basis of scholarship test to be held after half yearly in the month of November. Students securing A1 and A2 grades in class 10 board exam will be eligible. It is compulsory to pass in the half yearly exam. A1 candidate securing 90% in scholarship test will get Rs. 15,000/-, 85% Rs. 12,000/-, 80 - 84 % Rs. 10,000/-. A2 candidate securing 50% in scholarship test will get Rs. 5000/-, A2 & pass in scholarship test will get Rs. 2,500/- . These scholarship will be continue in class 12th provided they secure 85% marks (minimum) in class 11th.

Note

All the students of state board securing 85% marks (excluding practicals) shall also be entitled for scholarship of Rs . 5000/-

90% attendance is compulsory for being eligible for receiving scholarship in all the above mentioned classes.

If the performance in half yearly is not good or up-to the marks scholarship can be canceled or amount can be reduced .

For class 11th scholarship test also be conducted in the month of Nov. test will be conducted in G.Sc. & Maths on the course based on class 10th.

The scholarship shall be distributed on the day of annual celebration.

All above cases shall be valid only if students qualify scholarship test.

Class IXth & Xth:

Students who have secured best three percentile ranking in the previous class (not in section) in KPS examination will be awarded scholarship of Rs. 5,000/- p.a. for that session only.

Classes VI to VIII:

Students who have secured best three percentile ranking in the previous class (not in section) in KPS examination will be awarded scholarship of Rs.4000/- p.a. for that session only.

Awarded For Classes I & II ( Sectionwise):

    Certificate of merit for A* students.

    The most disciplined boy & girl.

    Smartly dressed boy & girl.

    Full attendance prizes.

Finance and Disciplinary Actions:

For classes I & VII a fine of Rs. 30/- per day on regular days will be imposed if the students remains absent without application and genuine cause.

For classes IX to XII a fine of Rs. 50/- per day on regular days and Rs. 100/- per weekly test will be imposed if the student remains absent without application and genuine cause.

A fine of Rs. 200/- per day will be imposed if the student remain absent on the reopening day (after summer/pooja holiday/RakshaBandhan/Diwali) and absent after three subsequent days the name will be struck off which can be readmitted after due permission of the principal by paying readmission fees of Rs 1000/-.

The student will be awarded zero if he/she does not appear in test on any ground.

Students reporting late will be penalized with Rs. 20/- per day. They may also be sent back home.
